A Rapid Extraction and Screening Method for Mycotoxins from Cereal Products using QuEChERS and LC/MS/MS (TN-0071)

Abstract:

In this study, we developed a screen to detect different classes of mycotoxins. We demonstrate a rapid sample preparation and LC/MS/MS method for screening all major mycotoxins from cornmeal using roQ™ QuEChERS kits and a Kinetex® 2.6 μm XB-C18 core-shell HPLC column.
