Axia先进的色谱柱填装和硬件工艺设计以及配合液压活塞压缩专利技术以有效消除柱床塌陷。理想的柱床密度是经过定制计算以最好地符合各种硬件支持、化学性能以及色谱柱规格。

计算机精确控制整个填装过程，保证每次都以合适的柱床密度填装以及柱床均匀一致。利用单独可控的液压压缩，活塞组件被固定导致填料无法减压或者“松弛”，因而可以维持填料和柱床的整体性。无需像其他填装方法一样再次压缩柱床。

<p style="padding-top: 10px;">Axia columns are packed in a single axial compression step. This eliminates any decompression or "relaxation" of the sorbent and solves common problems associated with conventional packing processes for preparative columns.</p>
