Antidepressants and Metabolites from Urine by UHPLC-MS/MS

Abstract:

This work, performed by American Clinical Solutions, describes an effective and sensitive LC/MS/MS method for the quantification of several antidepressants from urine including amitriptyline, bupropion, citalopram, clomipramine, doxepin, duloxetine, fluoxetine, imipramine, paroxetine, and venlafaxine.
