Thiamin Diphosphate (Vitamin B1) from Whole Blood by LC-Fluorescence

Abstract:

This study demonstrates a reproducible LC-Fluorescence method for the analysis of Thiamin Diphosphate (Vitamin B1) from whole blood. The method can also be used to analyze TMP and Thiamin from other biological matrices.
