Urinary Cortisol, Cortisone, Prednisolone, and Prednisone by SPE and LC/MS/MS (TN-0069)

Abstract:

We evaluated a variety of SPE sorbents to determine the most robust, reproducible, and cost effective sample preparation method while providing a LLOQ of 10 ng/mL in human urine for all four corticosteroids.
